'SIRI DHANYA' MILLET

POORI with KODO MILLET

INGREDIENTS : 

1 cup Kodo Millet powder/flour
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1/2 cup Jowar flour
1 table spoon saunf/Fennel seeds
Salt to taste
2 table spoons cooking oil (While making Dough)

METHOD : 

Mix all above ingredients like typical Chapathi (Indian flat roti) dough and keep it covered with a wet cloth for 30 minutes.

Roll the multi layered flat pooris with rolling pin and make Pooris by frying in heated cooking oil.
​
NOTE: Puri can be made with little millet, barnyard millet and browntop milllet too.
