DOSA with millet zone

'SIRI DHANYA' MILLETs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 cups of Kodo Millet

  • 1 cup of Poha (Flattened Rice)

  • 3/4 cup of Black Gram (Udad dal- split & dehusked)

  • 1 table spoon of Methi/Fenugreek seeds

  • Curd/Home made Yoghurt to soak ingredients.

METHOD:

  • ALL SHOULD BE SOAKED IN CURD/Home Made Yoghurt for 9-10 hours

  • Grind all the above in grinder in to a fine paste. Add salt according to taste.

  • Ferment this paste for 10 hours.

  • Dosa Mix is Ready. Make your dosa and serve with chutney.
