'SIRI DHANYA' MILLETs

INGREDIENTS:
​

4 cups of Kodo Millet
-
1 cup of Poha (Flattened Rice)
-
3/4 cup of Black Gram (Udad dal- split & dehusked)
-
1 table spoon of Methi/Fenugreek seeds
-
Curd/Home made Yoghurt to soak ingredients.

METHOD:

ALL SHOULD BE SOAKED IN CURD/Home Made Yoghurt for 9-10 hours
-
Grind all the above in grinder in to a fine paste. Add salt according to taste.

Ferment this paste for 10 hours.

Dosa Mix is Ready. Make your dosa and serve with chutney.
