To get rid of the pesticides on Fruits and vegetables :
Mix 20-30 grams of Tamarind in warm water, soak and squeeze all juice and mix. Keep fruits and vegetables submerged in this for 15 minutes. Wash them in running water and use them. A must for Grapes.
Mix two teaspoons of vinegar into 4 cups of water and use this for soaking your vegetables for 5 minutes. Later wash them. This can reduce insecticide residues by up to 80 percent.

The species found in pork, known as Taenia Solium, infect humans in two forms: a) when you consume pork from infected pigs that hasn’t been properly cooked; this results in taeniasis – an adult worm thriving in the intestines of the pig that can affect humanbrain, and b) in the form of larvae through contact with feces from an infected pig or human; this can infect a number of tissues in the human body.
If the larvae enter the nervous system, the infection can result in neurocysticercosis, a serious brain infection. If the worm invades the brain, this infection can even cause epilepsy. According to the World Health Organization, almost one third of epilepsy cases in countries where this infection is common are people who have previously been infected with neurocysticercosis.

ACIDIC foods and ALKALINE FOODS :
Human blood pH should be slightly alkaline ( 7.35 - 7.45 ). Below or above this range means symptoms and disease. A pH of 7.0 is neutral. A pH below 7.0 is acidic. A pH above 7.0 is alkaline.
An acidic pH can occur from, an acid forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals. If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur.
An acidic balance will: decrease the body's ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decrease the energy production in the cells, decrease it's ability to repair damaged cells, decrease it's ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor cells thrive, and make it more susceptible to fatigue and illness.
